FF&E Project Manager
Certified-BFW LLC provides turnkey, single‑source FF&E move management, furniture and glass wall installation for large‑scale interior projects—often exceeding 1,000,000 sq ft. BFW is seeking a Construction Project Manager/Coordinator to staff Certified-BFW projects in New York City.  Duties include:
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules covering planning, design review, product selection, procurement, delivery, installation, and close‑out
  • Coordinate showroom/factory visits, mock‑ups, and product evaluations
  • Prepare, distribute, and analyze bid packages; negotiate pricing and discounts
  • Manage purchase orders; audit distributor orders against contracts
  • Verify site dimensions; coordinate electrical/data layouts
  • Oversee warehousing, delivery, installation, and punch‑list workflows
  • Conduct field inspections to ensure quality and spec compliance
  • Produce progress reports, budget tracking, and risk mitigation plans
  • Lead stakeholder meetings; proactively resolve conflicts
  • Manage change orders and finalize close‑out documentation.
Qualifications & Benefits
  • 3–5 years’ FF&E or interior construction PM experience
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and/or Procore
  • Strong negotiation, budgeting, and schedule‑management skills
